    How I help: I guide you through proven behavior shifts to improve sleep quality: setting realistic routines, creating a restorative environment, managing stress before bed, and tracking patterns so we know exactly what works for your body. Once sleep is solid, nutrition and movement fall into place more naturally.

  • Food is fuel, but most women either under-eat, over-restrict, or eat at the wrong times for their energy needs. Nutrition impacts your hormones, cravings, and recovery more than you realize.
    How I help: I don’t hand you a rigid meal plan. Instead, I teach you flexible, functional nutrition habits. From portion awareness to carb cycling, hydration, and food quality, we make simple shifts that balance blood sugar, reduce cravings, and support deep sleep.

  • Movement isn’t just about burning calories, it’s about building strength, improving circulation, and regulating stress so your body can rest and recover.
    How I help: I create tailored movement strategies that fit your body and lifestyle. From low-impact routines for joint health to progressive overload strength circuits, I help you build consistency without the “all or nothing” mindset. We focus on sustainable workouts that energize and build rather than exhaust.

About My Coaching

I’m Emma, a sleep and behavior coach who helps women rebuild their health from the ground up. Because here’s the truth: if you don’t address sleep, energy, and recovery first, nutrition and movement won’t last.

My coaching style is supportive, science-based, and habit-driven. I don’t hand you a cookie-cutter plan or tell you to “try harder.” Together, we uncover the root causes holding you back and build sustainable habits that restore your energy, confidence, and consistency.

I’ve lived this work: averaging 8 hours of sleep per night while rehabbing knee surgery, traveling internationally, and living in 20 cities last year. I know how to make sleep work in real life, no matter the challenges.
